Bridging the Rural Charging Gap
While major cities and highways in Germany are increasingly well equipped with EV charging infrastructure, rural areas and small communities still face a clear shortage. Ladepark AM, led by CEO Oliver Wessel, set out to change this.
A former senior executive at Volkswagen (VW), Oliver has been deeply involved in e-mobility since 2019 as a consultant, guest professor, and Managing Director of Ladepark AM UG (Bad Oeynhausen, Germany). He recognized that as EV adoption accelerates, charging shortages—especially outside urban centers—will become even more critical.

At the same time, Germany’s strict Eichrecht (calibration law) adds another layer of complexity, making compliant and future-proof charging solutions essential. Solving this challenge became the driving force behind Ladepark AM’s mission.
The AONENG Solution
Eichrecht-Compliant, Scalable, and Reliable
To meet Germany’s regulatory and operational demands, Ladepark AM partnered with AONENG, selecting our Eichrecht-certified DC fast chargers as the backbone of their charging sites.
AONENG offers a full product portfolio—from 7 kW AC chargers to 360 kW ultra-fast DC chargers—backed by over 20 years of industry experience and a strong global supply chain. This allows us to deliver cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or reliability, perfectly aligning with Oliver’s hardware requirements.

Equally important, AONENG provides local after-sales support in Germany, with on-site technicians assisting installation, commissioning, and long-term operation—ensuring peace of mind throughout the project lifecycle.
Creating a Better Charging Experience
Through a tailored solution designed specifically for the German market, Ladepark AM’s charging sites now offer several clear advantages:
Transparent pricing: Clear, fuel-station-style price displays showing real-time electricity costs.
Enhanced user comfort: Covered charging areas protect drivers from weather, while nearby amenities such as restrooms and dedicated bicycle parking improve the overall experience.
More than waiting: EV users can rent e-bikes during charging sessions—whether for grocery shopping or simply enjoying fresh air—turning charging time into a moment of rest and relaxation.

Featured Product: ANDCE 1–HP DC Fast Charger
The project primarily deploys AONENG’s 360 kW DC fast chargers, part of our ANDCE-HP series, fully Eichrecht (PTB) certified and configurable from 120 kW to 360 kW.
With dual CCS2 connectors, up to 96% peak efficiency, wide voltage compatibility (200–1000 V), and customizable branding, colors, and logos, the chargers help Ladepark AM build a strong and consistent brand identity across its sites.

Looking Ahead
This successful collaboration demonstrates how Eichrecht-compliant technology, local support, and customer-focused design can unlock EV charging growth beyond major cities.
As e-mobility continues to expand across Europe, AONENG is ready to support more operators with reliable, compliant, and scalable charging solutions—building trust, long-term partnerships, and a smarter charging future together.

Customer Feedback & Ongoing Partnership
Today, AONENG chargers at Ladepark AM sites are operating stably and reliably. The partnership between AONENG and Oliver Wessel has already lasted over five years, with new orders continuing as the network expands.
